Legislative Advocacy
Through our Legislative Program, PATLA educates the legislature and the public about issues that affect them and mobilizes support for laws that uphold their access to the courts.
As a measure of PaTLA's success, Pennsylvania is recognized as among the toughest states for "tort reform" by the American Tort Reform Association. Our statewide legislative program is funded only by our members' support of PaTLA.
