Frank J. Wesner, Jr., an accomplished trial lawyer, will bring his outstanding leadership skills to the post of PaTLA President.

Wesner is a founding partner in the Media law firm of Mutzel & Wesner, L.L.P. He is a graduate of Georgetown University and Temple University School of Law.

Wesner is a past president of the Delaware County Bar Association and is the 1996 recipient of the E. Wallace Chadwick Memorial Award and the 1997 recipient of the Paul R. Sand President's Award from the Delaware County Bar Association. He is also a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and a fellow of the Academy of Advocacy.

A member of PaTLA's Board of Governors since 1988 and of the Association since 1973, Wesner has chaired numerous PaTLA committees. As chair of the Education Committee from 1991-93, he played a significant role in steering the Association toward legal ethics accreditation, making PaTLA one of the first accredited CLE providers in the state.
