New Committee on ALI in need of volunteers |
President Clifford A. Rieders announces the establishment of a PaTLA committee on the American Law Institute. Rieders will serve as interim chair and Lee C. Swartz, of Harrisburg, will serve as vice chair. The committee is now in need of volunteers who can attend meetings, do legal writing, and work with academic experts. [email protected] . The new committee will build on PaTLA�s past successes, which included having substantial input on previous Restatements. Rieders said the committee is needed because General Torts are now being undertaken and there will be further Restatements issues in the tort field.
