Home News & Case Notes Superior Court awards new trial on damages (8/2/2023)-- In a July 30 decision, the Pennsylvania Superior Court awarded a new trial on damages, reversing the trial court. The court in Marsh v. Hanley relied on the decision in Burnhauser v. Bumberger in remanding for a new trial on damages only.
