For plaintiff members of the Med Mal Section.
The affidavit below describes the qualifications and procedures for admission to the Med Mal Section's e-mail listserv, as set forth by the Executive Committee. Members must certify that, among other items, neither they nor their firms handle any medical malpractice defense cases. To apply to this listserv, Med Mal Section members must submit this affidavit and a disclosure form, if applicable. Fill out a disclosure form only if you or someone at your firm represents a doctor or health care entity.
