(7/16/2004)--A Philadelphia Common Pleas Court Judge has certified a class of attorneys in a lawsuit against medical records provider Recordex, the Legal Intelligencer reported today. The paper reported that the attorneys in McShane v. Recordex Acquisition Corp. can sue the company for charging the maximum microfilm rates allowed by statute for paper documents, instead of the lower rate allowed for paper documents.
